Likoğlu Construction, which entered the real estate sector in 2000, has played a significant role in the development of the Arnavutköy Bolluca region in line with the vision of its founder, Sinan Likoğlu. For over a quarter of a century, our company has been providing value-adding solutions to its investors by accurately analyzing the potential of the region, and continues its operations with a focus on trust and quality.
Our journey, which began with investment consultancy, has grown with the experience we gained in land development, villa projects, and industrial investments, and has gained a new dimension with contracting activities since 2014. Today, Likoğlu Construction combines its regional expertise with a modern construction approach to produce high-quality living spaces.
